Werner Wolfs (1977) is sinds mei 2011 als partner verbonden aan Vorstman Advocaten. Daarvoor heeft hij ruime ervaring opgedaan als advocaat bij een groot Nederlands advocatenkantoor. Hij heeft zich gespecialiseerd in financieel recht, ondernemingsrecht en contractenrecht.
Mr. Wolfs begeleidt zijn cliënten met name op het gebied van fusies en overnames, de Wet op het financieel toezicht (Wft) en het opstellen van commerciële contracten en legal opinions.
In 2006 heeft hij de Grotius specialisatieopleiding Corporate Structures (vennootschaps- en ondernemingsrecht) succesvol voltooid. Mr. Wolfs is lid van de Vereniging voor Effectenrecht.

Werner Wolfs (1977) is a partner at Vorstman Advocaten since May 2011. He started his career as a lawyer at one of the larger Dutch lawfirms in 2002.
Werner’s scope of service includes advising investment institutions, investment firms, firms in the financial services sector and issuers (of securities) regarding the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht). He also assists in takeovers and drafts legal opinions and commercial contracts, including joint ventures and shareholders agreements.
In 2006 he completed his Grotius Corporate Structures (corporate law) specialization training. Werner Wolfs is a member of The Dutch Securities Law Association.
