Nadja Wilderink handles a wide variety of cases in the fields of corporate law and insolvency law. She advises entrepreneurs on subjects including liability, debt collection and organizing a relaunch.
Furthermore Nadja is frequently appointed by the district court as a receiver in insolvencies. In this capacity she has specific knowledge of directors’ and officers’ liability, financial security interests, such as right of pledge and retention of title, and she has substantial experience in conflicts with banks. This experience means she is the right person to assist clients in imminent or ongoing disputes with receivers, and to advise on a relaunch.
Before Nadja became an attorney-at-law she worked as a corporate lawyer and judicial clerk in the insolvency sector of the Amsterdam district court. She was also self-employed for several years. Her background makes her the right person to advise entrepreneurs without losing sight of the commercial and economic interests.
